Wzorcownia Restaurant is the kingdom of our Head Chef Wiesław Bober.It is the first in Pabianice original restaurant where all dishes served are based on high quality products, i.e. fresh vegetables, meat and fish from local suppliers and producers. Head Chef Wiesław Bober will delight you with the taste of game dishes, fancy sea fruit and many other seasonal products.
Wiesław Bober is one of the best and most experienced cooks in Poland. He has been preparing dishes for artists, film-makers, politicians and participants of the Miss World contest. He is famous for his perfect sense of taste and the ability to create original dishes. His passion is hunting, hence he likes to add game meat to his dishes.
