Animal policy: Animals are accepted. An additional charge of PLN 50 is required.

Cancellation policy: Reservation conditions: 1. A package can be booked via the website, by email or by telephone 2. The reservation is confirmed after payment of 100% of the package value within 48 hours from the day of booking 3. It is possible to cancel the reservation of an accommodation package free of charge up to 30 days before the planned arrival. The hotel will then reimburse 100% of the advance payment made. 4. In case of cancellation made less than 30 days before the planned arrival, the hotel will keep 100% of the advance payment. 5. In case of cancellation made less than 20 days before the planned arrival, it is possible to change the date. If no convenient date is available, the reservation is considered cancelled and the advance payment is not refundable. 6. In case of absence, the reservation expires and the advance payment made is not refundable.
